They Did It!!!

Nuke is back together with a vengeance. The boys have been so unhappy apart and there have so many roadblocks that it's hard to believe they did it, really did, at long last. Of course we didn't get to see it, no we'll have to imagine that, damn, but we did get the next step in a great romance. How about the scene in oldtown where Luke tells Noah that he's the one who keeps finding excuses to back away, who won' let anyone in, and then boom Noah kisses him like he's never kissed him before...amaaaaazing, great, just watch it and you'll get it.

After the most passionate of Nuke kisses, they went to Luke's house and I'm expecting someone will be there to muck things up again, but no, they're alone, and after racing upstairs, the next thing you see is two really happy guys exiting the shower, damp, smiling, touchy feely, you know. Noah asks Luke if he's happy, and oh yeah, he's happy. They hold hands as they go downstairs and run into Lucinda who is partly responsible for getting them back together and they all have some ice cream. Luke is positively glowing.

I am hoping they do this again soon, like tomorrow and everyday...let's have some bed scenes, some tangled sheets, no sheets, some glimpses of skin just like they do with the boys and girls. I'm thinking it's just a matter of time since today was step one.

New Year's Is Ruined

Oh I am soooooooooooo bummed cause my Nuke didn't do it, in fact Luke really messed things up this time...damn, things were goin well, there they were dancin, plannin on doin it after the Metro party, Luke looking just gorgeous, glowing even, holy hair beeeeyoutiful, handsome as hell, even Noah looked great, but thennnnnnnnn, STUPIDHEAD numaddie walks into Metro all teary faced, wailin away cause casey was sleeping with alison and so Noah has to go and take her somewhere to calm her down and Luke sees this and gets crazy mad, a jealous hater for sure, and then drinks two glasses of champs and becomes immediately frunky, talk about a lightweight, and so he leaves and Brian follows him and wants to drive him home but noooooooooooooo, Luke is despondent and so kisses Brian and just THEN Noah walks up and just decks poor Brian thinking he attacked Luke by stolen kiss, heeeeeeeeeeee...when they get home Luke tells Noah the truth, that he kissed Brian so now Noah's all pist out and harumphs outta there leaving Luke even more despondent. He reads the letter Noah wanted him to read in the morning, and it's very sweet and sayin how he's watching him read it in 2009 so they spent the night together, and how Luke was his love and his future, and poor Luke just has this look like wtf did I do this time...he knows he really did a bad thing...it's sooooooooooooo saaaaaaaaaad and I'm wonderin if Noah will forgive him again, waaaaaaaaaaaaaah, and of course they didn't do it, again, no, didn't...this is all maddie's fault.

Black Wedding

Today will be a dark day for many as we watch our beloved carjack being torn asunder, ripped apart by the impending nups of jackass and juicyjanet. After watching yesterday's episode I am wondering how both jack and carly are going to handle being apart with no hope. Carly is devastated. Jack still loves her, you can tell not only by the look in his eyes, this is killing him, but by the way he is treating her, taking her home, coming back, finding her cryin away like that and taking her upstairs and spending time with her saying goodbye. Saddest thing I've seen.

I think Jack is marrying Juicyjanet because he thinks he wants things easy and nice-nice. What he needs to do is take time to decide what he really feels. He seems to jump into marriage so easily without thinking about what he's doing. And I think juicyjanet just wants a guy around, I think she loves him but is mostly enamored with the idea of being respectable and being with a guy that doesn't hit her. And I think she's a little more selfish than people think. When she arrived in Oakdale she went after Brad and could have cared less that he was married to katieho. I also think she knows Jack still loves and will always love Carly but is trying hard to ignore that. I actually don't see good things ahead for them. I think juicyjanet will get jealous, and I think Jack will become bored.

Meanwhile, poor Carly is really in for it. I hope they'll bring someone new to town, to make her happier and to make Jack realllllllllly jealous. Anyway, it's a tragic moment...tomorrow a review of the wedding...

Also on today was Luke and Brian. Geeeeeeeez this Brian is very confused. He got reallllllllly drunk at Jack's bachelor party and tried to come off as a manly man by eggin on the stripper...but when Luke drove him home he once again came on to Luke, (wtf, why won't Noah believe him, hmmm...I'm gettin tired of wimpy and non-supportive Noah, yes, I am). So Brian clearly has "issues" as Luke pointed out when he told him to lay off or he'd tell his grandma everything. Could get interesting.

Bold Death Not So Beautiful

Well there's great tragedy bein played out on B&B right now...singer phoebe, sister of steffy, daughter of ruthlessridge and taylorlips has died in a car crash and it's all her own fault. Oh they're gonna blame rick cause he was drivin the car, particularly stephbitch who has already sniped at him. What the forrester family doesn't know is that it was phoebe who went hysterical on rick in the car, grabbed the steering wheel, and the brakes, and the gas pedal and basically caused the crash. The folly of youth and spoiled rottenness thinkin there are no consequences to actions, alas there are. She was not invincible and so she's now just a candle in the wind. This is gonna mess up everyone on the show, rick will be the fall guy, the wedding will be delayed, possibly canceled, oh well, and hunnybear will probably have to remove rick from the forrester presidency, and then we'll have to watch the increasingly arrogant ridgie take over, gag me...I am truly dislikin all the forrester's attitudes right now. And have you notice how old ridgie looks, really old. So anyway, should be an interesting week watching the mud slingin fest begin, I predict stephbitch will sling the best, she always does, followed closely by ridgie whose hatred for rick was already waaaaaaaaay too much.

It's pretty boring on the ATWT front right now. Luke is now tryin to dig dirt on brian, he wants him to admit to his gayness which brian isn't about to do. This saga will continue. And soon, too soon for me jack will be marryin juicyjanet. This is just heartbreakin cause it's another big mistake on jack's part. He wants life easy, too bad it's not. When it happens I'll have a special report on the situation.

As The World Stopped Turning

There was sure as hell some Nuke today, course we might just be callin it Bluke soon, heeeeeeeeeeee...Noah has rejected Luke cause he's so effin honest and noble and all, gag meeeeeeee...so Luke is despondent and goes to Yo's and gets seriously drunkypoo, back to his old destructive ways...Casey calls Noah to come and help Luke and Luke is soooooooo pist out at Noah and so unhappy, but at least Noah gets the car keys so Luke ends up walkin, out in the middle of nowhere apparently...meanwhile back at the hospital Brian and Lucy are gettin married, just like that, just cause Lucy is sick and tired of bein alone, so gee why not just get married...so they do, then she falls asleep since she's just had surgery, and Brian leaves and finds Luke wanderin out there, somewhere, and gives him a ride home, Luke is still tres drunk and Brian tells him to clean up...Brian is still there when Luke comes back, and Luke starts cryin awaaaaaay bout his Noah and Brian hugs him, then Brian kisses his forehead, then his cheek, and then the world stops as Brian kisses him, full frontal liplock, but only for a moment cause even drunky Luke says wtf, what was thaaaaaaaaat and runs upstairs, course now at least he's no longer drunk...fade to black as Brian just sits there in the kitchen, not even looking too confused, just very serious...stay tuned cause tomorrow Luke finds out Brian married Lucy...I wonder if he's gonna tell, he loves his grandma...so either way it's very bad timing since Lucy is so sick...damn, what a conundrum, hmmm...

Summery Review

Since the Nuke sightings have been few and far between this summer, a few stolen but passionless kisses and almost no air time, I thought I'd do an update on the other happenings in Oakdale and LA.

The Saga of Donnaho and Hunnybear

Poor kids, what an awful way to start a marriage...first the mean forrester children tried everything to get donnaho away from dad with no success. The evil and most like her mother award goes to the evil feliciawiththeboobs and her plot to have the questionable owen seduce donnaho...a no go since donnaho is so in love with hunnybear. Next up, the increasingly demented ridge, first cutting off dad's life machine and then trying to guilt donnaho into signing the death warrant to pull the plug, almost worked until the ever more creepy owen stopped her. And then of course, the beloved hunnybear had a big old heart attack right after consummating another donnaho honey attack while dressed up as a cheetah, great sex but apparently not great for the heart, sooooooooooo, he's been in a coma for weeks now and donnaho has been beside herself with grief and missin the honey antics. It's a good thing that donnaho found her long lost son Marcus, current Romeo to ridge's daughter steffy's Juliet, what a sweet love story, hmmm, damn they sure want to do it. Anyway, Marcus decided that hunnybear must have been poisoned by badboyowen just because he hates him so much and he's protectin his mom and all, but gee turns out he was right cause hunnybear was poisoned, but by whom, hmmm...heeeeeee...turns out it's psychopammy who stopped taking those meds and I guess ate one teabag too many...so anyway she poisoned hunnybear, didn't mean to kill him though, no, and then in the best scene of the summer tried to kill donnaho by covering her in honey and lettin a hungry honeybear, do you see the irony here, almost killed by a honeybear, heeeeeeee...anyway the ever present owen barged into the room and told the bear to go away and he did, really, he just went away...and then psychopammy ran away and is still at large, all of this much to stephanie's regret and chagrin. Stay tuned to this one because just as hunnybear is comin out of his coma, donnaho is finally givin in the the charms, if you can call em that, of weirdowen even while hunnybear is sayin his first word, donnaho...look for stephanie to cause big problems in the now troubled marriage of donnaho and hunnybear, so sad...


Summer of Love Oakdale Style

Except for Luke and Noah it's been a lovefest in Oakdale all summer, everyone has done it except for Nuke and Lucinda, but that'll be comin up in the fall. Carly and Holden, Lily and Mike, Parker and Liberty, Jack and JuicyJanet, Emily and Casey, Ali and almost Chris and now Aaron...there's probably more just can't remember em all. And then there was the big poisoning mystery story, lots of poisoning on soaps right now, weird poisons, creative poisons. Turns out the whacky doctor Rick from a few years back was able to poison half of Oakdale from his jail cell, good goin doctor, and then escaped just when really really poisoned nuchris was findin a cure and all, but the doc held hostages, and tried to kill a few more people before escaping to the roof before being captured by Margo who was havin a good day. All in all pretty much a snooze. Meanwhile badbrad flipped out cause Liberty had sex with Parker and so he got her a bodyguard, victor or something, and that didn't work so he took to rantin about it alot, and then Liberty was attacked in the woods after eatin some funny brownies, marijuana poisoning, heeeee...and badbrad thought Parker raped Liberty but of course he didn't, but then badbrad found out it was the creepy guy katieho had suggested date Liberty, good goin there katieho, and turns out he didn't rape her just ripped off her clothes, and then fled until badbrad found him at the pond and almost drowned him, but didn't and actually saved him, but hid from the cops and now there's going to be a whole big old story on badbrad's downfall. And in an effort to boost ratings I guess, they've now brought back the ever sinister James Stenbeck, the mother of all bad guys on ATWT, and of course he's already manipulating and terrorizing his beloved son Paul and the preggers Meg who's supposed to be stayin in bed for the duration but now that's not likely to happen. And finally they're bringing back Dusty this fall, didn't die after all, but I've heard this before...I'm thinkin they need a new lover for Lily since Mike is leavin town and Holden is still enamored with Carly. It's just exhausting. And supposedly there will be some Nuke storyline regarding Luke getting more in touch with his gayness, well I hope so, and hopefully he'll find a new hot boyfriend so that he too gets to do it. Here's hopin...

The Rules

There's a whole lot goin on in Oakdale. As I mentioned in my last blog everybody's doin it, well almost everybody. Now that my beloved Nuke is back together you'd think well okay so now they can take that next step, like they've waited far longer than anyone in Oakdale ever has, like ever...but nooooooooooo...seems it's too much to expect a gay love affair to consummate, and that's what it is, they're gay, two guys and all, wouldn't be right...wrong. It's such an obvious double standard and I'm gettin really pist out about it...why does Noah have to live at the farm, why aren't they going to live at the cottage like they said only a few weeks ago, hmmm, no they must live at the farm because there are RULES at the farm, no one can do it at the farm, well, except for jack and juicyjanet who are doin it like bunnies right now. And it's fine for carly to sleep with married holden at the same time she's goin to Paris with neal who she doesn't even know, and it's okay for emily to do it with casey the 20 year old stepbrother of her son, sure, that doesn't break too many rules, course it's not at the farm, just in her office, a public space.

I love the Nuke storyline, am glad they haven't just dropped it, haven't totally caved in to the pressures, but c'mon, teenage guys have mega hormones, these guys are in love, and still are not allowed to have sex. It's a cop out and everyone knows it...I'm just hopin the guys remember that the Snyder pond is out there, and so far this summer, no one has visited it for a "picnic."

Everybody's Doin It

There is a whole lot of fun happenin in Oakdale right now...it's sultry, it's hot, it's steamy at the pond...all of Oakdale is doin it, at the Lakeview, at the farm, at the camp, at Paul's house with sophie just outside in the rose garden, heeeeeee...everybody in Oakdale is doin it except for Nuke of course...more on that later. So Carly and Holden did it, Holden and Lily are doin it again though Lily doesn't know about Carly, and Carly is jealous as hell, Paul and Meg are doin it again now that sophie is dead and buried in the rose garden so she can't do it anymore with Paul which was messin up Paul and Meg, Jack and Juicy Janet did it, Emily and Casey are doin it in her office, nuMike is wishin he was doin it, and even Parker and Liberty are up to kissin...so why aren't Luke and Noah doin it, hmmm...Luke even invited Noah over for a ravishing at the empty farm, but noooooooooooooo, Noah wants to go in the army, geez, the army...well, he did want to, but today Luke changed his mind, sure took enough doin and arguin, but I think at the end when the army guy told Noah he had to not tell about bein gay is what finally convinced Noah to not go in the army...well thank the goddesses for don't ask don't tell then since it seems to be what got Nuke back together and hopefully on track again...tis the season for doin it and so far the Snyder pond is still available, but they better hurry cause Carly might just beat Nuke to it with the nubritishguy, kind of a revenge doin it...hurry Nuke and do it too...

Emmy is Just a Pretty Name

Well I can't help it but I got so seriously pist out when Van Hansis did not win the daytime emmy...did the usual suspects not watch the tapes or whaaaat...are they just tryin to save GL from almost certain death or whaaaaaaat...no matter cause we all know who should have won. The Nuke story has been so great because Van Hansis is a great actor, he has made little Luke, Luciano, a great character...and hey next year's another year, and hey, did he look great or what, all orange glow, and a great hair day with the holy hair cascading just so...looooooove it...

Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

The split between Luke and Noah just keeps getting worse...now Noah is moving to the dorms cause he's still "confused"...and today they had their biggest fight ever...I know the course of true love never runs smooth in soaps, but geez I think Noah is being very uncool in his non-committal to Luke who is sooooooooooo in love with his Noah, and that's the only reason I'll give Noah a break later when they get back together...they WILL get back together just as soon as Cyndi Lauper sings to em and puts em back on course...meanwhile Luke is kinda flirting with another guy, and Noah is jealous, oh yes he is, another complication but not insurmountable...I guess we'll be seeing quite a bit more of the Nuke split for a few weeks until Cyndi gets there...all I can hope is that they have a great reunion which means it's at long last time for them to do it...living for it...

Meanwhile, the Holden, nulily split gets worse cause Holden is falling for Carly, and Carly is fallin right back atcha...they shared a little kiss, lots of awkward moments not talkin about it, but I'm not sure where this is going...Holden and Lily are soul mates after all, at least with the real Lily, just isn't the same with nulily...so maybe it's way past time to break em up for real and also give Jack a shot at Juicy Janet, which will make Bradley jealous, and that will make katieho jealous, so that will then free up letting Bradley get together with Juicy and let katieho and Jack get to know each other all over again...don't know how nulily fits into all of this, actually she doesn't, so I say send her away, and welcome back the real Lily who will fight for her man much to Carly's chagrin, where is that little cat Holden carved for her years ago, hmmm...damn it's so convoluted...

Over on B&B the katie deathwatch is over but she's not...seems Bridget found the miracle cure and katie is rapidly recovering, but Bridget may have opened a can of worms since katie and nick did it on her deathbed and now katie is realllllly in love with nick...stay tuned it might get interesting...meanwhile donnaho has a new son and is in for a world of trouble from the ever self-righteous forrester children, children...right, they're all over 40 and all of em take after stephanie, mean to the bone...this one might get interesting too...

New York, New York, With a Whimper

Guess they've wrapped up the Nuke does New York story with the colonel goin overboard and ameera goin off to detention where she belongs which is away from Luke and Noah. Too bad it was such a contrived bunch of nothing, dumb story, a way to get rid of ameera, well that's good, but still didn't resolve Noah's problem with dad...well it almost did until the colonel thought that Noah set him up, wrongggggggg...oh well...and now Noah's mad at Luke, like for bein there for him and makin Luke feel really bad...I am so hopin that next week they will get back together, and maybe even do it during the Cyndi Lauper story...something to look forward to...

Meanwhile things are really not goin well in Oakdale...Ali is suin nuchris, which is a good thing and maybe we can get rid of his boring persona...psychosophie is accusing paul of rape, puleeeeeeeze, and has the means to prove it, don't ask, just say ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww and think of Monica Lewinsky...is Carly like showin how all infatuated she is with Holden or whaaaaaaat, is it obvious or what, so they're goin on another horsey ride, too bad Jack's gonna be there too...I'd still rather see carjack back but a little fling with Holden won't hurt and maybe then the ever so NOT Lily, nulily can take herself to a nunnery out of Oakdale for good, then return rested and tanned as the real Martha Byrne Lily...I have a dream...

Out in Bold and Beautiful land, it's been sad sad sad what with katie now rejecting her brother's heart of gold, but it's kind of a waste of time cause you know they're gonna save her cause she's a major character and all, sooooooooooo...and then there's the donnaho has a son story...of course psychopammy is onto the fact that somethin's goin on, she's just not sure what, heeeeeeeeeee...and the saving grace in this story is that nuson Marcus is whatyacall very attractive, in fact I can see all the logan girls goin after him, maybe even the evilstephanie since she's so bored at the beach house...Ridge and Taylor's other twin Steffy is back in town and already fallin for Marcus and I cannot wait til Ridge finds out he's donnaho's son, priceless...

Luke and Noah With a Vengeance

Today Luke and Noah hit the streets of New York chasing Noah's baddad the colonel and the apparently kidnapped ameera. Of course ameera just wanted to help the colonel but perhaps changed her mind a little when she discovered he was drugging her...looks like the colonel has cooked up a deal with the immigration goonie to escape from New York in exchange for ameera...meanwhile the guys spent a lot of time runnin around lookin for both of em, and finally Noah literally bumps into his baddad who doesn't yet know that ameera is missing. Meanwhile Luke literally bumps into ameera just about around the corner and she hesitatingly tells him what she knows...Luke insists she go to the police for protection and flags down a beat cop and I guess they take her away, probably won't be much protection though once the immigration dude finds out. Noah and the colonel have it out and the encounter ends with colonel punchin out his beloved son, damn, what a champ. A frantic Luke finally finds Noah and explains what has happened to ameera. Noah is not a happy camper with the ameera in protective custody story and seems to be pretty pissed out at Luke...just then a foaming at the mouth colonel calls noah and tells him that if ameera isn't at pier 17 by noon the following day that both he and Luke will be dead...ooooooooooooh, dead by who, whom, or what, the colonel, the immigration guy, stay tuned I guess. I don't know who dreamed this story up but maybe they should try something else besides writing...if it weren't about Luke and Noah I'd be equally bored and laughing...story C-, Luke and Noah, priceless.

In other boring news of the soap day, sophie is becoming more obsessed and unhinged by the moment. Geez, I sure wish someone would give me a jewelry party like that, especially since sophie's been makin joolz for about two minutes, but anyway I see a bad moon risin on this story...paul and meg and mike continue to be boring, does paul have any look anymore other than the hurt puppy dog please hit me look...and nuchris and alison are putting me straight to sleep, and so is saint aaron...the carly and holden story if it ever gets goin might actually be kind of interesting, nulily will sure as hell be pissed out...and what can you say about emily and casey except ewwwwwwwwwwww...I think margo might kill someone when she finds out, which actually would be funny.

Luke and Noah and the Colonel

So today's the start of the Nuke and the colonel story...seems the colonel has escaped from prison and is back in Oakdale to save his son I guess. Not sure about ameera's role in this whole thing but she was whisked away by the colonel today...meanwhile Noah finds a letter from the colonel in ameera's drawer and calls Luke for help...they meet at Java to discuss what's goin on and Luke blames ameera which seems to shock Noah. Later on the good part happens, Noah actually tells Luke how much in love with him he is and there is a reallllllly great kiss until, damn, there is a knockin on the front door, realllllly soooooooooo unfair to disturb them, but anyway it's a cop and he tells them that the colonel has escaped from jail. Looks like there's going to be a lot of trouble caused, and injuries, but I'm hopin nothing harmful to Luke and Noah now that the story is finally heating up...more tomorrow...

In other news, JuicyJanet is doin all she can to snag Badbrad despite knowing he's marrried...I like that katieho got off her butt and found their new place...frankly it's tiresome to see the same scenery every day, so the katieho/badbrad digs are cool.

On B&B there are more tears than ever, an endless deluge of tears from the logan sisters...seems the newly married donnaho has a secret in her past, a child who is now on her doorstep askin are you my mom, wtf, woulda thunk it, didn't think she was THAT old...well it's mildly interesting and we'll have to see how if affects her marriage to honeybear.

Juicy Janet

I'm really likin Juicy Janet who is Liberty's mom via a long ago get-together with newly married badbrad. I think I like her cause she's a breath of fresh air, a bit of fun in an otherwise rather dismal setting of boring couples...at last a nu character to sink one's teeth into, and one of the best things is at least she's irritating katieho and badbrad. While badbrad seems to be in lalaland over juicyjanet's intentions, katieho is not...takes a ho to know another I guess...anyway I see lots of humor ahead for katieho and juicyjanet, cause they are gonna be duking it out for their man...and imagine when henry and vienna get involved, there are so many possibilities so we'll see if the writer's have enough imagination to really make this fun.

Usually nu characters take some time to get used to and lots of em don't make it...the reason I think juicyjanet will is that everyone else is so boring right now, or just mia as in Nuke...what is it with the Nuke storyline, it's either non-existent or just creeps along in slo mo...I guess they'll be gettin the colonel gets involved story next week, but I won't hold my breath.

As for the other couples, what can you say, they keep puttin me to sleep, even my beloved carjack. I tired of them bickering, it's not humorous, just keeps reiterating the same old same old...if jack wants to keep on bein such an ass let him do it to someone else...and the holden and nulily story is a real non-starter and has been for months even with the real lily...and I'm not likin nulily at all, she is not lily and I don't think she ever will be...and if they do end of puttin holden and carly together I still think it's silly.

Which brings me to the three couple or wanna maybe sorta be couple stories on tv right now...the ever boring paul, meg, and now sophie, complicated by numike who kinda likes meg and seems to be over katieho, but like who cares, and the ever non-sizzling allison and chris and aaron non-starter couplings, just flat out dull.

And for last cause it's kinda the best and the worst and the most silly and the most ewwwwwww, it's the emily/casey hook up in new york...saw it comin a mile away, now their will be repercussions for emily's latest screw up, oh yeah, on ATWT you pay for your sins...but this story kinda makes me cringe, not that casey's not up to shaggin the luscious emilyho, cause he's kinda cute and all, but I almost can't watch emilyho drag herself all the way down to the bottom again cause there is no way in hell this "relationship" is gonna last...maybe casey will sue her for sexual harassment, hmmmm...

The Divorce is Final

Well it was a great day on B&B as donnaho married her honeybear in front of stephbitch, and in stephbitch's own home. The "children" (all at age 40+ or close now) were there all grim faced and sad...psychopammy was there, crazy as ever dreaming of hosin down donnaho as she walked down the aisle...and stephbitch was there convinced that honeybear would have second thoughts bout marryin donnaho, coughcoughdidn'thappencoughcough...well, it kinda almost maybe sorta did, honeybear had a moment of confusion where everyone thought he was maybe wafflin, but he came to in time to day I do. The bride was radiant in a forester original gown, perfectly tanned and coiffed, and emphatically showin great boobage...

All the guests left early, the "children" going out to get drunk, at least thorny was, but at the very end before steph left she heard laughter from inside and she looked inside her old house and saw her honeybear dancin with donnaho, havin a great old time and not even thinkin bout her for even one little second...too bad, so sad, been a long time comin but the divorce is finally final...

It's been a slow week over on ATWT, however there's one bright spot and that would be juicyjanet, badbrad's old flame and mother of his daughter liberty, aka libby...there is already big trouble brewin between juicyjanet and katieho cause it's soooo obvious that juicyjanet's makin a play for badbrad...this could get interesting cause she also obviously came to town with an agenda, she's lookin to be a little like gwen's mom iris, greedy, money lovin and a ho...this is an example of a fun nucharacter, I'm likinnnnnnn iiiiiit...also this week nulily is attempting to fit right in as lily, but she is very seriously not lily...now I'll give her a couple more days to straighten it out, but she is soooo not lily...this is an example of a recast character that doesn't work...we'll see how long this lasts.

There is a light on the horizon for next week cause previews show that Nuke will be returning, and I'm also hopin that henry and vienna get involved in the juicyjanet/katieho/badbrad story cause this could become very humerous...vienna is not gonna like juicyjanet, I'm seein some problems there, meowwwwwwwww...

Wake Me Up When It's Over

Now usually I love my ATWT but lately, actually for a while now, things have been a changin and not for the better...is it just me or are there a whole lot of boring characters and stories on, and very strange bedfellows...what are the writers thinking, seems they're not thinking at all if they're coming up with this drivel...if not for my beloved Nuke I'm not sure how much I'd actually watch anymore. Anyway, I've come up with my list of most boring characters, stories, and circumstances...

1. Most boring character is a close one with nuchris winning the overall title...puts me right to sleep, isn't anything like old chris who wasn't that exciting either but a better actor maybe.

2. Most stupid and boring romance has gotta be meg and paul, the girl's a psycho who continually exhibits bad behavior yet judges everyone else's behavior...who made her a goddess, hmmm...anyway, sick of it...

3. Most useless character has gotta be sophie, and verrrrrrrrrrry boring too. It can be good to introduce new characters and all but the story must be interesting and so must the character. Sophie seems a washed out, wimpy, and kinda psycho mess who I can't bring myself to care about...glad she gave the baby away...

4. Most underused and seriously distorted character is aaron...now aaron's a cutie but they've turned him into another holier than thou, reactionary character, he didn't used to be like this...don't know what happened but they ought to give him a real story and stop tryin to make him every damsel's savior, geeez...

5. Biggest uh oh, watch out story is the pairing of emily and casey, you just know that emily won't be able to resist, her history is to not resist men, and damn is that gonna cause problems with margo and tom...but this is really crazy cause emily is 40 somethin and casey is what 19 or 20...the only hope for casey not gettin into her clutches is if ameera gets seriously kicked to the curb and looks to casey for help and looooooooove, course emily won't like that, no...

6. I'm wonderin why they brought back a numike...like why if katieho actually seems to be in love with badbrad...now I know his life is gonna get complicated soon and I suppose katieho could get fed up and seek out mike but the problem is this guy on the screen is not mike, he's too young, he's too bland, he's just not mike...maybe a few actin lessons would help...

7. Now I haven't seen her yet but I'm cringin thinkin about nulily startin as our beloved lily this week...I have nothing against the nulily yet but ATWT was really stupid to let the real lily go...all the soaps are tryin to cut costs cause hardly anyone watches em anymore, but if you don't have any good characters then for sure no one's going to watch...I see a bad moon rising here...

8. From bad to worse on the snyder front, not only is nulily in the picture but holden is being paired with carly, maybe jack will end up with lily, whatever, it doesn't ring true, there's no chemistry there, and if there isn't any, there isn't, you can't make me love you if I don't...it's called holden and lily, and carjack, otherwise is isn't any good...

9. Ali is an ok character, sorta, kinda, but doesn't really do anything for me...like I could care less if she ends up with nuchris or aaron, just really no story there that's interesting...

10. It's criminal that they keep using new characters no one cares about, give em boring, stupid stories that no one cares about, fire the good actors with history and rivalries and dramarama to die for...I want craig back, and roseanna, and emma, and where is lucinda, where are much more of henry and vienna, hmmm, hell I'll even take james stenbeck about now...

I'm sure there's more but they're too boring to even remember...I'd love to hear some comments on this one. Long live Nuke, but I'm not countin on it.

Next time, what they need to do to fix it...from the wise one, me, heeeeeeeeee...

Stormy and Stormy Weather

Today was a sad day on B&B, like it really made me sad cause poor beleaguered, guilt-ridden Stormy killed himself so that katie could have his heart. Suicide is serious business and I guess I was surprised that the writers would do this story, but of course katie had to be saved. Stormy was a character we hardly knew, the big brother who raised his sisters, who shot stephanie, who accidentally shot his sister katie, and who decided it was better to save her than himself...I will admit to bein a little verklempt when Stormy was remembering the good times with his sisters...and I guess that's one less thing ridge has to worry about now.

It was another kind of storm wreaking havoc on ATWT today...carjack can't seem to stop bickering and fightin in front of the kids, and I see storm clouds on the horizon in the carly/holden relationship, all hell is gonna break loose if they hook up...meanwhile another little storm called Liberty told brad he was her dad from a union during the junior prom waaaaaaay back with juicy janet, can't wait to meet her, heeeeeeeee...so until the dna results are in liberty is stayin with brad and katieho...if I liked katieho I might feel some sympathy for her, but I don't, so I don't, feel sympathy...meanwhile margo still has a big time grudge with emily for gettin it on with prosecutor tom waaaaaaaaaaaay back when, long memory there...so margo and casey are buttin heads over bein employed by emily, another big, huuuuge storm brewin right there...once again alison and nuchris totally put me to sleep, somethin about throwin up, don't care...a lot of foreshadowing today on things to come...and a nice preview of luke and noah, looks like they're alone at last, at last...

The Love Shack

It is soooooo great that Luke and Noah will be roomies...too bad ameera's stayin, but anyway it's good for the boys to have their own space, just wonderin who'll be sleepin on the couch, coughameeracoughcough...grassy knoll theory time...still not sure about ameera's motives though, she was pretty pissed off when she shoved her little black dress into that drawer, kinda like mission not accomplished, but is that because she really likes noah or because she hasn't fulfilled the colonel's mission yet...

Maybe I'm so enamored of Nuke that the rest of the show pales in comparison but the only interesting thing for me today was the first appearance of badbrad's daughter...I hear his ex, or one of em, will be showing up soon too in Oakdale...the excruciatingly boring paul-meg-sophie and now add mike to that mix story must end soon...what is it with sophie, seems to think she can change men into good guys, geez...

And be prepared soon for nulily to appear now that my beloved martha byrne is gone because cbs wanted it so, whhhhhyyyyyy, don't know but dumb move, anyway there's gonna be a new lily and they tried that once before and I'll bet it flops bigtime, like last time, and then they can crawl back to martha, hang in there martha...

And maybe most silly of all is the potential holden-carly "relationship" story, I'll call it carlyho, heeeeeeeeeee...I cannot imagine holden goin after carly ever, and apparently jack is gonna be tight with lily, think I'll call that one jackly, they're like wife swappin or something, and it's totally out of character, kinda the way ATWT is right now, out of character, out of sorts, out of ideas...I suggest more kissin for everyone...

Finally

Today's the day we've all been waiting for, Nuke finally had another kiss. Last time was waaaaaaaaay back in the fall so this was an unexpected and sweet treat. Good thing too cause Ameera is up to no good. Don't know exactly why but she really wants to "consummate" the "marriage." Sweetpea don't you know it's not a real marriage, geez, or is the colonel ordering you to do this, hmmm...anyway, today ameeera's all weepy in the bathroom and she tells noah it's her birthday, so noah calls luke cause noah never knows what to do, so they go shoppin for ameera...after buyin her some jewelry they're sayin bye bye outside, with spies all around, uh huh, in oldtown, luke is about to leave and noah grabs him, luke smiles a devlish little smile and says, what about the "authorities" and noah says, what about em, and he kisses luke, and they kiss and kiss, sigh...but then noah goes home all happy and there is ameera in a slinky little black dress, and noah says that's not what I want, and ameera says how do you know, and noah says, cause I've tried it and it's not for me, so ameera goes and kisses noah and we have to wait til tomorrow to see what happens next, damn...an A+++ day just because of the kiss...

What's Love Got to Do With It

All is not well in the land of the turning world, no...today was Nuke day, and the day the evilameera finally let her true feelings be known, but are they true...evilameera kissed noah while filming luke's movie and gee you could hear a pin drop, the room was in shock and awe for sure, and luke was shootin out those disapproving looks like daggers and if looks could kill well then evilameera would be history by now. Of course casey knew the truth and dragged it out of ameera, but how could she deny the obvious, she's in love with noah. But is she really, hmmm...conspiracy theory number one says it's the colonel behind the whole thing and ameera's mission is to tear the two apart and make noah straight, geez...on the other hand she could indeed have fallen for noah just cause they're married and the cultural differences might suggest ameera can't differentiate between a marriage of convenience and that of love, nor does she apparently understand what gay means...in any event apparently next week she goes after noah big time all dressed up in a slinky black number and kissin on him with intent to seduce. How will the clueless noah handle this, well it better be well cause luke is none to happy with noah right now. It's time to end this miserable story and get our boys back together while kickin the evil one to the curb. Whatever the reason for her doing what she is, she does know exactly what she's doing and for that I have no sympathy.

The rest of the show was about flying balloons, Barbar being grumpy, what else is new, sophie being a saint again, nuchris bein boring, and emily being a bitch as usual...nothing new here, tune in, maybe next week will be better.

Meanwhile over on B&B terrible tiny bit the dust and it turns out it was psychopammy's fault for not givin him his meds, and I thought it was lemon bars...so donnaho isn't a murderess after all but the problem is psychopammy thinks she is and blames donnaho for tiny's early demise...watch out next week after psychopammy stops takin her meds, it won't be pretty. Hide the teabags...

And once again brookie is in memememe mode...seems taylorlips is officially sane again much to brookie's chagrin...she is insisting taylorlips not be allowed near HER babyjack...well this is gonna be a trainwreck cause nick isn't gonna do that...I'm seein a big court battle bout just who the hell is babyjack's mommy, and just wait til brookie finds out that rick and taylorlips are engaged, heeeeeeeeeeehhhhheeeeheeeeeeeee, I just cannot wait to see the look on her face...brookie is seriously crazy right now and anything could happen, ya know how unstable those logan's really are...stormy weather ahead...
